"...a fun and exciting read that is perfect for a Sunday afternoon bubble bath."

Attorney Danielle Price is on the stage about to be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Danni tries to control her nerves while Judge Thomas Cole opens the bidding for two steak dinners and her company. Reminding herself that helping the Literacy Foundation, even if it is at her Mother’s insistence, is the reason she’s there, Danni tries to stay calm. Her confidence is further improved when Hugh Cramer, a fellow attorney in the firm of Smelcer and Greene, opens the bidding. Things seem to be going as planned until Michael Sommers does the unthinkable and ups the price to an amount neither she nor Hugh can top. Despite Danni’s willingness to pawn her dog, sell her car, and take out a second mortgage on her house, Michael is her date for the evening.

Attorney Michael Sommers of the firm Cole, Sommers, and Sommers convinces himself that he simply wants an opportunity to sit down and discuss the Fairmont divorce with opposing council. Fairmont Farms has been with his family’s firm for as long as anyone can remember, and an attorney who could defeat his father after practicing law for only a little over a year had to be someone who needed watching. During their evening together, Michael decides it was more than just strategic court planning that caused him to bid an unheard of amount for the honor of Ms. Price’s company. But problems arise when the two are forced to defend their clients from opposite sides of a heated custody battle, and then each other from the potential scandal the Fairmont’s are brewing that threatens both their careers.

Inadmissible: Love contains all the twists and turns that make a book impossible to put down. Ms. Wright is an extremely talented author with an ability to keep the energy level high and the reader excited about what is happening. Her characters have a charm and wit that creates a new friendship for the reader and an ability to feel the emotions playing out on the page. Watching Michael and Danni struggle against their irresistible pull to each other while adhering to a high standard of professional ethics makes for a fun and exciting read that is perfect for a Sunday afternoon bubble bath.

Book Description for Inadmissible: Love

Attorney Danni Price is climbing the corporate ladder by working hard, trying difficult cases, and winning. She doesn?t have time to fraternize with the enemy. And Michael Sommer is most definitely the enemy.

Unfortunately for her, when Michael outbid everyone for the steak dinner date with her at the Literacy Foundation Auction, she had no choice but to go. The week before, she?d won the biggest case of her career against Michael?s father, and now she was forced into a date with his son. Danni saw the bid as a way of revenge.

Michael, a third generation attorney, however, saw a beautiful woman with intelligence and wit. All he wanted was the steak dinner, a little company, and to donate some funds to a good cause.

When the two realize they are the opposing attorneys in one of the biggest custody battles in the state, they become both rivals and allies. The problem is that romance is inadmissible, and in the end what really matters is who gets custody of their hearts.
