Why is there a "buy from Amazon.com" link when the book isn't available at Amazon?

The simple answer is that some of the books we review on this site are from small publishers or epublishers who don't currently have their books distributed through Amazon.com (or the other large online bookstores). If you follow the link and find that the book you want to buy isn't available through Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk then consider going directly to the publisher's website to purchase the book.
