More than likely the rodeo is the showcase of the county fair where neighbors get together and get caught up on the local gossip, single women lust after the cowboys waiting to pick up some extra pocket change for the summer by proving their worth as a rider, and young kids run around half-wild kickin’ up dust storms in the dirt beside the bleachers. Romance thickens the air, and everyone is looking for that special someone to share those long, hot summer nights with.

Sasha – Sure, it makes sense. Erotic books aren’t for everyone, and that’s okay. I enjoyed writing Consent to the Cowboy because I focused on the building of a relationship and the family dynamics of living in a smalltown. Yes, there is sex, but you’ll also receive a romance story. Kind of the best of both worlds. :-)
