Recently WWR was contacted by Merany Eldridge of Hyperink (a new digital publisher) out of Silicon Valley. They are apparently backed by “well-known VCs and angel investors” and looking for submissions. If you’re interested in publishing your own  book in e-format (e.g. ebook format), they might be fore you. Check out their site (hyperlink.com).

But spreading the word that they’re out there isn’t why they contacted us. Hyperlink is sponsoring a writing contest for the best romance story. The top winner will receive $500 and will be published in a compilation to be published online, in Kindle format, Nook, iBookstore and more.

But wait, first place isn’t the only one to win some cash. Second place will get $300 and third will receive $200. So it’s well worth a little time for you to submit your work. But you have to hurry, the deadline is July 29, 2011!
